Terms and conditions
Ordering:
Wholesale to the nautical/tropical decor trade only with supporting documentation. You must be a store or web business that specializes and sells nautical/tropical decor as your main line. Furniture stores also qualify for purchasing the mirrors and windows. Initial orders must ship to the business address if approved except for internet only businesses. . We reserve the right to refuse anyone who we feel doesn't qualify for wholesale and may request pictures of your store,   Sorry, designers/architects and other web stores that are nautical or tropical in content do not qualify for wholesale. To open an account with us we require a $250 opening order on all lines except the jewelry line.   We require a $200 opening order in jewelry in addition to our other lines. No minimum after initial order however there is an additional $10 processing for orders under $100.
Items not available at time of shipment will be backordered and will ship when in, unless canceled prior to shipping or if the item or items become discontinued.  Any custom or large orders will require a non refundable deposit to place the order.
Any Item marked special order or having a wholesale of $300 or more will require a non refundable 20% deposit in order to secure the merchandise for you. Please allow 5-8 months for any special order or large merchandise.

International orders...
We now will accept certified retailers in the USA as well as surrounding countries such as Canada! All international orders will have a 6% fee added due to extra packing and inspection.
Any duties/fees from any international shipments are the responsibility of the receiver.   We will also ship to Puerto Rico and the Bahama Islands as long as we ship to your consolidator and they ship to you. Once the product has left the consolidator it cannot be returned or any damage or defect claims so inform your consolidator to inspect the product before shipping to you.

No COD orders. All sizes are approximate. Colors may vary.

Dropshipping...
Dropshipping is available with an additional $6.00 per location/order. (Items with mirrors or glass have an additional $6.00 per order packing fee) Dropshipping is only available to the USA and we dropship items that ship UPS ground...we cannot dropship items that go by freight.

Price:
All prices are wholesale based on F.O.B. warehouse in Georgia, and are subject to change without notice.

Payment:
Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, certified and company checks.   To become a dealer we require a current credit card on file even if you intend to pay with a check. There will be a 10-day additional wait on company checks before shipping. Credit cards will be processed prior to shipping. Sorry no COD's.
With the economy as it is we are currently accepting credit cards only and no terms.. We will review customers history for the future for terms on an individual basis.

Shipment:
Shipping will be by UPS ground or trucking, and special shipping is available upon request. Rush orders will require an additional $6.00 per delivery address charge plus additional shipping costs for any air freight charges. Dropshipping is available for approved websites with an additional $6.00 per location/order non-refundable cost. (No minimum processing fees for dropships to your customer)   Shipping to the continental US only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Note: due to the carrier mishandling of the larger fiberglass porthole mirrors there will be an additional $6 per each of these porthole mirrors (17" to 24") for all dropships so that we can pack them in larger boxes to cover packing cost and to prevent breakage.

Damage Claims/Returns:
Claims for damage must be filed with the delivery carrier upon receiving the goods. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted to us within 2 days after receipt of goods with supporting documentation. We will exchange the item or items only after the claims procedures are met. ( Exchange is for the same item only) No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization number obtained from us.

Non damage item returns will be accepted within 21 days of delivered goods with a 15% restocking fee and return authorization. All returns must be in the original box and packing for a refund. Defective goods will be replaced with the same identical item...no exceptions...substitutions on defects will be treated as a new order and return. Most items shipped are inspected before shipping as our goal is zero defects.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTICE: We reserve the right to change terms as we see necessary without prior notification.
