2007 Terms and conditions 

Ordering:
Wholesale to the nautical/tropical decor trade only with supporting documentation. You must be a store or web business that specializes and sells more than 50 percent of your business in nautical/tropical decor as your main line.  Furniture stores also qualify for purchasing the mirrors and windows.  Initial orders  must ship to the business address if approved except for internet only businesses. . We reserve the right to refuse anyone who we feel doesn't qualify for wholesale and may request pictures of your store,   Sorry, designers and other gift stores do not qualify for wholesale.  .No minimum, however there is an additional $10 processing for orders under $100.
Items not available at time of shipment will be backordered and will ship when in, unless canceled prior to shipping or if the item or items become discontinued.  
We only accept retailers within the continental U.S., and only ship within this area.  
No COD orders. All sizes are approximate. Colors may vary.

Price:
All prices are wholesale based on F.O.B. warehouse in Georgia, and are subject to change without notice.

Payment:
Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified and company checks. There will be a 10-day additional wait on company/personal checks before shipping. Credit cards will be processed prior to  shipping.  Sorry no COD's.
Terms may be granted after initial orders with credit sheet and valid credit card for security...however if not paid within 15 days of due date we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for payment.

Shipment:
Shipping will be by UPS ground or trucking, and special shipping is available upon request. Rush orders will require an additional $7.00 per delivery address charge plus additional  shipping costs for any air freight charges. Dropshipping is available with an additional $7.00 per location/order non-refundable cost.  (No minimum processing fees for dropships to your customer)   Shipping to the continental US only.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Claims/Returns:
Claims for damage must be filed with the delivery carrier upon receiving the goods.
Claims for damaged goods must be submitted to us within 14 days after receipt of goods with supporting documentation. We will exchange the item or items only after the claims procedures are met. No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization number obtained from us. Non damage item returns will be accepted within 21 days of delivered goods with a 15% restocking fee and return authorization.  All returns must be in the original box and packing.  Defective goods will be replaced with the same identical item....substitutions on defects will be treated as a new order and return.   Items shipped are inspected before shipping as our goal is zero defects.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
